The delays and changes in shipping date smay suck, but I don't freak out about them. I believe in an interview a few years ago, someone from HT gave the reasons for these changes. And although I am sure marketing strategies may also play a part, ( they are a business ), these reason that were given are totally plausable.

-Design changes in sculpts and clothes
-Production factory delays
-Supply delays ( HT sometimes gets delayed by their suppliers with what they need to make the clothes, boxes, etc )
-Licensing issues

Other than marketing ( EX: they'd be crazy not to wait until around the release of IM3 to ship Mark VII ), all of the above reason seem legit to me. Its not like they don't want our money faster. And although sideshow gets our money in advance with flex pay, that doesn't mean HT does. I would bet they dislike the delays more than we do. IMO

WOW!!! Good luck there. You aren't kidding. I've seen the way they are on FB. BRUTAL is a mild way of describing their behavior.

And of course when someone posts something logical, like I just did, some people still don't want to accept it and call you a fanboy or lash out irrationally.

There's a flip side though, while collectors should be open to the positives of why a delay may occur, Hot Toys could also share more possibly, a simple post, due to some licensing we're still finalizing Figure X or such.

I think collectors grow ravenous about delays because anyone following HT as a company knows, they announce a lot of things prematurely, they take on what seems like more than they can handle at times, so from our point of view, it can look like the delays are due to them not having it together, rather than legitimate, beneficial reasons. Hot Toys invites some of what they get with the way they conduct themselves.

Not opening a debate, but like it or not, Enterbay is better in that you never see anything completed until it's ready to ship out, maybe not all orders are fulfilled right away, but you're not left anticipating something for months, you're not building up fan hope to be slown down by some delay. The worst thing HT does is the license and product teases, they're often premature and frustrate fans. You shouldn't announce a license until you're close to putting out a product, otherwise you build hope for something that may never be, and what do you gain from that.

Size matters not, some really cool Hulks are small.

This is the first Hulk I ever owned and I still love it. Just a 4" figure.

I picked this up last year, it's another cool figure, cartoony, but 80s looking, it's about 3-4" tall.

And another 4" figure, from Hasbro last year and one of the most badass Hulk figures I've ever seen, I love it.
