Looks really good!

If you have him hunched over, does this mean he can fit in a detolf shelf without needing to adjust anything?

Tx David!
Legends is my #1 store too so it's good news. Was expecting to get it at beginning of September... Seems like it.

I almost felt bad about sending the email. Hulk is so late... I figured they'd be sick and tired of answering questions about when he'd be arriving. Worst case, I expected a very terse reply... but no, the guy who responded was very pleasant.

The only reason I sent the email was 'cuz at my local comic book store earlier today, I was talking to a friend who'd had his order for an Iron Man (Mk VII, I think) figure canceled out from under him. It wasn't Legends Action Figures he'd ordered from... but it was someone who was a proper Sideshow dealer. He suggested asking to find out whether the Hulk was still coming so I didn't end up being disappointed like he was.

But everything seems in order. It certainly sounds like we'll get him sometime before mid-September... and I'm perfectly okay with that. I originally pre-ordered him back in early November 2012... so it'll end up being roughly a 10 month wait, when all is said and done. I figure I've waited this long... so I can wait a bit more.

I think the wait will be worth it. The pictures and videos have been spectacular.

Just a few thoughts on opening this guy.

Picture a nice sized lime, that's about the size of this head sculpt.

The neck is truly a marvel of construction, huge range of motion in all directions, perfect.

A LOT of work was put into his racheting knees and hips. Normally I hate them but makes this guy so sturdy, he can almost bend right over with out falling!

Surprisingly, I prefer the open hands and posing the fingers over the fists.

* no adjustment necessary if you pose him squatting and leaning forward in the detolf, but I added a few inches for head space on the second shelf for him, stealing space from the third.

The depth of green is sick. The first thing I noticed when seeing him is.... all pictures I have seen do nothing for justice which is why Hot toys are such a successful company, you have to see it in person to believe it.

My ONLY concern is the rubber around the neck and elbow holds up over time... we shall see.

Any of you fine, good looking, money making gentleman can post a few comparison pics with the maquette?

BTW, please inform me if you are insulted by being called good looking and successful. I realize people are sensitive here.
