Wow... the box is huge!
Wait till you hold the figure, honestly makes my other two hot toys feel like Barbie dolls

so appearently, Yuli has commented in an interview that hulk was far more costly to produce than HT first expected... and it ended up costing them money. and that becuase of this, There are NO plans for any future Hulk figures now.
So if you want a 1/6 hulk, this is your only shot.
Interesting news. Goes to show, too, that these things aren't as cheap to produce as many seem to think. Seems odd, though, now that the R&D's done and the casts created that they couldn't just re-release him for Avengers 2 with new headsculpt/pants and charge $400.00 or $450.00. People'd still pay, especially given secondary market prices should be up there if this is truly a one-shot release.so appearently, Yuli has commented in an interview that hulk was far more costly to produce than HT first expected... and it ended up costing them money. and that becuase of this, There are NO plans for any future Hulk figures now.

I owned a rubber Hulk figure(made in 1978)... how strange.

Having the figure in hand, this doesn't surprise me at all. When you look at the other HT figures for $200 or more, Hulk is on a different planet entirely!
BUT HT has to factor in how much Hulk helped to sell the other Avengers. Many collectors bought the set and wouldn't have done so without Hulk. I imagine that's why they saved him for last. At the end of the year, I'm sure the numbers for the set work out well for HT.
I'm not sure what they could do in the future to trump this one
Not only can photos not prepare you for the sheer size of Hulk.....but the weight! He's got to weigh what, six times what a normal figure weighs?
At least it seems that way.
Well i'm glad i have 2 on the way then as this news sucks.
Have you got a link to this interview not that i dont believe you?
she's just a sculptor, not the production manager. Howd she know.

I'm going to assume this is the exact same thing I'm going through...
It was stretchy, it was like the best toy I ever had.... I can so barely remember but my brain feels like this is that toy too
