I'm curious, are the CON EXs more limited in the number produced? I'm just curious because they still have some CON EXs available this year and from years before, so I was wondering if they are supposed to be harder to get or not.

I agree that it might a Con Exclusive. We saw photo's ,months ago that the Ranger was pretty much completed when Tonto was. HT figures people will want the availability of the two to come in close proximity because in all truth the Lone Ranger and Tonto should be a set. The Con Exclusives ship quickly once revealed so we could get Tonto one month and the Ranger about 6-8 weeks later.
Just finished watching the movie. I really liked it and don't see why it was reviewed so poorly. Having said that, I will probably grab this and Tonto. I like the look of them together.

I hope this gets made I would really like to have both. Tonto just wouldn't look right without Lone Ranger.

Just so long as the Ranger is revealed before Tonto ships or they could wind up with a lot of cancelled Tonto preorders (mine included!)
Exactly. I'm not ordering Tonto unless I see a Ranger figure officially announced. I would agree that there would be cancellations if no Ranger is announced.

They'd wanna hurry up. The movies long gone and cancelations have to be imminent for some.
Exactly. Tonto's supposed to drop in April. And if they make a Ranger a TF Exclusive, thats several months away. I'm more hopeful now that if they don't make a ranger, I'll be able to get a tonto for cheap down the road.

Does Sideshow do Toy Fair or just SDCC? They usually have HT on display.
I thought only SSC displayed HT at SDCC. I could be wrong, but I didn't think HT had an actual booth there.

In that interview with Toy Hunter late last year Howard Chan referred to some back-and-forth with Disney over the likenesses. Hopefully this is the cause of the delay, rather than a change of plan.

I hope this is true. I want Lone Ranger! Tonto will need his buddy when he arrives.

Just contacted someone from One Sixth Republic who is certain the Ranger is happening, says preorder hopefully soon (though he admits he doesn't have any contacts inside HT). If he's right that's great news!
