Why is everyone complaining about the price? Old Han includes a coat, $20 extra. Chewbacca has a articulated jaw, $25 extra. Obviously with these inclusions, the price is going to rise.

No exclusive no rush for me to order. Have 1:6 and 1:4 OT to finish up first and batman vs Superman also. Not feeling Chewbacca, he changed too much for me from OT to episode VII. Used too much sun in and peroxide in his fur.

Without an exclusive, I'll wait to see if we get more Han announcements at SDCC......if this and storm trooper Han all that's planned in upcoming mos....I may pull the trigger.

Lol, the more things change the more the stay the same. I'm surprised we've gone this long w/o the line grids and PS manips.

I only need to come back every few weeks to be reminded why I'm no longer a daily poster here on SSF.... Spoiled brat collectors.

The likeness is pretty great, but I'm disappointed with the hair. I can't believe there wasn't another way of doing it. Harrison has never had hair like that.

If by any chance Chewie gets broken down on eBay I'd be very tempted to snag the sculpt for an ANH replacement.

Han looks great. Sure, there are some minor tweaks that would make the sculpt even better, but as is, it's fantastic.

This Chewie basically looks the same to me as ANH Chewie, except for the fur coloring. Eyes still too close together, though. Hopefully being able to close the mouth will help.

Unfortunately, price creep continues and forces me to be even more picky with 1/6 scaled purchases. Looks like I'll be sticking with OT figures, for the time being.

Actually that pic just highlights the difference to me, which is that the lines and contours aren't nearly as deep or sunken in as they are on Ford himself. HT has made his face a bit flatter than it should be, at least to my eye.

It's a very subtle thing, but as we've seen with other likenesses all it takes is just a very small thing to throw it off sometimes.

Trevor's sculpt of TFA Han may not have nearly as much detail, but to me it captures the more sunken features and overall shape of the actor's face a whole lot better (even if it is based on the slightly younger Ford from Indy 4):

Wow, that Ford sculpted bust really sucks! Looks nothing like the actor.

These both look great. I passed on Chewie before but might get this one. I just wish Sideshow would offer a better break on the 2-pack; it's only $5 cheaper than ordering the figures separately.

I really like this Han, too...

I already have the ANH Han and I preordered the ANH Chewie reissue. I'll wait for blogger pics before deciding on this set.

I'm hoping they break up Chewie's coloring a bit...I'm not liking the horizontal stripes.

so...wore a brown jacket in the movie and we're getting a blue jacket on the figure.

where have I heard this before?

edit: i just looked again...i see we get both jackets. well not we...but those who order.

EVII Han is beautifully done! I wish I could get the entire TFA line, but I know my limits.
