From what I can see in the photos, maybe the gloves are too "chubby"? Hard to tell without him in hand. Probably wouldn't hurt to weather them up a bit.

I've been comparing them to photos of the Sidehsow gloves and I think they're just meant to be kind of featureless. No stitching on them. Almost like winter gloves. I've considered giving them a black wash but they already have been weathered so I don't know how much of an improvement it would make.

Yeah the no stitching doesn't help. Figure still looks great.

I'm gonna say that since gloves are the only thing that can be "nitpicked", this will have no problems selling out. It's definitely worth ever penny and I have no use for my Sideshow one now.

Is it the same as the 1/4"? I know that one got bashed a bit due to the horizontal visor thickness.

The 1/6 scale version looks a bit tighter to my eye. I almost bought the quarter scale but the visor on that one looked too far off at the price point. I think for the price and size, the details, let alone the visor, should be spot on.

Overseas Hong Kong sellers. They pick them up early when released before they ship to the states for sideshows distribution. You pay a premium but some believe it's worth having it first. And if you are anywhere outside the US customs charges can be astronomical so why not pay the same price or sometimes a bit less and have it early?

Really? Going by your avatar you're a Fett fan, and I'm no expert, so I can't say how accurate it is. But I'd love to see what the problems are if you have the time to elaborate on it in detail. Personally I think it looks great but that's not to say it's accurate.

I hate to say it but I've had the same thought. It does remind me of the crap helmet from sideshow. The more I look at it I see it. I've been lying to myself as to justify the purchase. I hope it looks better in hand... I feel like I've said that too many times already.

Honestly, I have no problems with him. I've owned every single 1/6th Fett and this version blows them all away.

I've noticed that the chest armor plates in all the pic's I've seen so far are too close together, sometimes touching each other which shouldn't happen. This was also a problem with the SS Jango Fett.

I suppose you have a point but it happens in the movie all the time too, so I'm not too bothered by it. Nothing on Fett is supposed to be "perfect" anyway.

Unless you're one of the people with a heavily modified Sideshow Fett or just prefer the ESB version, I don't see why you wouldn't.

I sold my ESB Fett shortly after it came out because I was very disappointed with it, but I'll be borrowing a friends this week and will get comparison pics up.
