Thank you for the pics. If I'm honest I wasn't asleep but I hadn't clocked the difference. I thought it was dark make up. Only now with that comparison do I see the "armour" around the cheeks. And yes, yes I do feel a little foolish now. I'll just go and sit in the corner until they announce what the exclusive items will be [emoji37]

Did anyone else feel Helas fight scene when she slays all the asguardians was a little "matrix reloaded" in its cgi? Very cartoony imo

In addition to the three head versions (half mask, full mask, no helmet) there are three costumes as well right? Damaged black chest version when she destroys the hammer, regular black chest (this figure) and the green chest version (marvel legends figure).

Glad to see this getting released! I'll definitely be buying, would have been nice to have got a second head sculpt included - but no way is that deal breaker in this case - she looks way to good to pass on!

The issue for me is, that this is EASILY the most iconic moment in the film. I'm quite dismayed that Hot Toys chose not to capture it. If I were calling the shots at HT, I'd have started from this place and worked back...

I think the editors in post production decided to ditch the "green chest" look in exchange for the "black chest" look, as I don't recall her ever having the green chest plates in the film although they were definitely on the practical costume. The first picture right there has all sorts of motion capture marks on it, as if they knew they wanted to change it during filming. Plus there's this:

Either that or it's deleted content we haven't seen.

That's EXACTLY what I was expecting. It's pretty much Hot Toys new standard price. The days of anything below 220 are long over unfortunately.

I haven't given up hope for an extra head. I really don't want two Helas or have to comb through ebay for an second head if they DO do a second version as an exclusive. We will see. For all we know though, this could end up like the handful of Iron Man villains they've done where they don't sell great and only a few of us have them. I'm pretty sure you can still get the Mandarin easily. I hope this one does a lot better though.
