I think it's the same as the Heavy Armor version of Thor, but I know it can't be the same as the Light Armor Thor.

I'm assuming based on how the Avengers Loki's price sky rocketed a few months after release.
And like I said, not everyone is a scummy thief so you'll still get them for a fair price, even Avengers Loki nowadays can be got for a fair price.
If he ain't willing to pay retail now what makes you think he'd want to pay more later?

Just the answers I was hoping for. I'm going to look around for other blogger pics but if it consistently looks like it does in yours, then I'm keeping my EX conversion. It's enough of an improvement to pull me back in.

Just looked OMG's thread over. I have to agree that it's not the same leap forward that the Thor sculpt is but it's not 2 steps backwards either. It looks like the same sculpt as the protos (possibly with a very minor tweak) and I suppose softening it up was the quickest and easiest way of improving it. I think that actually is an improvement because the all the hard details are what's throwing it off in the protos. In many ways it's an improvement over the original and in some ways the original edges it out. Would've liked to see a larger overhaul but all in all a nice enough improvement for me and I'm glad they made the effort.

Re-posting this again because it seems some folks might have missed it:
Every time I see people bring up a photo of Hiddleston for comparison, I keep seeing stills from the Avengers.
So instead, I thought I'd whip up a quick comparison based entirely on photos from TDW Loki:
Looking at this comparison now, I don't think either are completely spot-on, as I feel like somewhere in the middle would be the perfect likeness for TDW Loki. Still, I think the improvements made on the new sculpt over the proto looks great, and I can definitely see the likeness even if it isn't perfect.

If I could get a headsculpt like the top row, second from the right, I'm good. That is the definitive Loki look for me lol.

Yeah, both Loki head sculpts need more of a smirk. Funny, with most figures you want a stoic expression but with Loki you don't, and we get it lol.
