Yeah, same here. This has been my most wanted figure since it was announced. Saving all my reward points to take a chunk off the cost too. Can't wait to have Thanos looming behind my other villains

Ha ha yep same plan villians standing in front of the big guy and most anticipated release after my delorean. I cant wait only few more payments to go. He will be Epic!

I bet your going to want him. Having seen it at a show, even though it was just the proto, this thing is great. It's nearly the size of hulk with armor and a throne. It's a sight to behold.

Based off seeing it in person and using an estimated guess. Would you say the throne would fit in a detolf depth wise?

That figure looks awesome. My only concern is it doesn't include the infinity gauntlet (for obvious reasons). I guess another Thanos will be released after Infinity War, with the gauntlet. Decisions, decisions...

I said the same thing.
You know there will be a version with the Infinity Gauntlet...I'll wait till then.Maybe Drax will be out by then too!

I think so. But it would be tight if it does. I'm pretty sure you will need to adjust the shelves vertically as it's going to be to talk for a standard set up

With Hot Toys constantly improving their work with every project, I am going to hold out for the IW Thanos with the gauntlet. There's no guarantee it will be better, but at least it should have the gauntlet and not a giant throne he can't fit in properly.

I LOVE the THRONE and only adds to the display just hope its stable enough 4 the big guy. I know he will take center stage of our collection. I think many will be in AWE once he Arrive's and rethink to order instead of waiting until sometime in 2018. Also price's will have increased i'm sure so easy choice grabbing him now and i dont have that much patience to wait that long.

Also just noticed the 5th is supposed to be my last payment. I fully expect it to get pushed back but pretty excited that we are getting close to a release.

With Hot Toys constantly improving their work with every project, I am going to hold out for the IW Thanos with the gauntlet. There's no guarantee it will be better, but at least it should have the gauntlet and not a giant throne he can't fit in properly.

He fits the throne fine.

It's entirely possible the next version will be better...but at the price and size it's also possible it's just a rerelease with the gauntlet (which may come with another character depending on the movie) and no throne..and being five years out cost more for that then this one. It's a long time to wait.

I may or may not pick this one up, but I don't think it will sell out anytime soon. Seems like a lot of people willing to wait for the next version, so I imagine this will be available at a discounted price later next year.

I agree, it is something of a gamble. I personally don't care for the throne, but I would not want to buy him incomplete either. Perhaps if he is heavily discounted at some point, or I can get a good deal I may grab him, but I am ok to wait for the next one.

Perhaps Production Thanos will sit in his throne better than Prototype Thanos did.

HT have been altering figures quite a lot recently with their production figures, so it is completely possible that Thanos may sit better in the throne with the production piece.
