Exactly we saw mockups of him used in some of the HPP displays last year so he's a definite when not an if... how soon just depends on when HT decide they can spare some manufacturing time to churn them out, my guess would be summer around the time of SDCC (the time Python came out)

Could happen, although if they were going to do a human figure I would rather an updated Coulson; change his suit and tie, swap the Glock for an M&P, give him a holster this time round and his bullet proof vest for an AoS look (although that would mean folding his sleeves up) and ideally a slightly battered and bruised second head sculpt.... never going to happen though = either way the Toy Fair EX will be an Iron Man.
