It's a convention exclusive in Hong Kong, only a small number will be produced. The fact you pointed out the home market makes me believe sideshow will get the same or even less of an amount.

The NRD is there to prevent that sort of nonsense. You get charged when you order. Don't order something unless you're sure you want it.
