Think we will get a Carnage?

I would say yes, if the movie is a success, but they could announce that they are going to make it before the movie is released.
It took them two years to announce that they were going to produce a Venom, so if they do Carnage, I hope they make the
announcement sooner rather than later.

Pretty sure there was a Venom 2 halloween costume that leaked, white veins and all plus the chest symbol.

The thing that I find hard to believe is that Hot Toys would even bother doing a version 2. I feel it was hard and lucky enough to get this figure from the first movie. I'd be really surprised if they do another Venom. Don't think this figure is exactly selling like crazy.

If the changes are not much, they might do it since they already spent the R&D costs for the first one. I won't get another Venom though, I just want Carnage.

Cause people are waiting for a more accurate version. And judging from the leaks we may get that . So this one is obsolete if that one comes out.

They didn't make it "real world". He doesn't have the spider yet because it hasn't been attached to spider-man yet, it will almost certainly happen in the future at some point. And then he will have the spider. Also, Venom looks EXACTLY like he does in the comic, visually he's a perfect translation of Venom, the only thing missing is the spider.

And that's exactly why we won't get a second version with the symbol on his chest. Hot Toy's bases the interest a figure/line has by how well it sells. They don't gauge interest in any other way.

So if this figure doesn't sell well? Say goodbye to any hope of Carnage or a Venom 2.0.

Yea that?s very true. But venom sells abd Spider-Man sells. I don?t care what anybody says. Venom is Spider-Man ?s most popular and most merch heavy villain . I?m sure they?ll do it anyway. They made those crappy venomized toys and I?m sure those won?t sell. They made that stupid deadpool venom which didn?t sell.

Also they make some iron men and Spider-Man that don?t sell out right away. Not saying it will definitely happen but I think we have a huge chance of getting venom than anything else. Especially if the spider is on his chest. Also this is a marvel property and I just don?t see hot toys completely passing it up. Maybe carnage won?t get made .

All they have to do is something simple like seeing a spider crawling up a wall. Doesn't have to be jaw dropping, just something to trigger a response to Venom so he wants the symbol on there. Doesn't necessarily have to be Spider-Man. It's not a perfect translation cause he doesn't have the spider symbol. Why have all the white veins then? They need to have him out from the total darkness. Might as well do the symbol then, give the people what they want.

Reminds me of the Netflix Punisher. The showrunner said that he didn't become the Punisher till the very end of S2. Guess where that got us? Nowhere, because the show got cancelled and the season ended up sucking! I see Avi Arad and Amy Pascal are producers for Venom, that tells you all you need to know.

I mean I?m pretty sure he doesn?t have the spider logo in his first appearance in the Ultimate comics

The thing is that that?s kinda an else world story. I mean yea it?s fine but it still doesn?t look like venom 100 percent. But I?m torn on these movies. Sony sucks imo and while venom does look good the story and portrayal of the character suck to me.

I'm pretty excited for Venom let there be carnage. Preordered the figure the moment it went up I'll definitely pay it off next year before release now I hope we get Carnage next then spidey will finally have three main villains with him on the shelf.

Very excited about this figure , always wanted a 1/6th venom
Ive been a fan of his since McFarlane created him, In Amazing Spider-Man (still have the comics)

Unless Venom gets the spider symbol on his chest in Venom Let There Be Carnage, then hot toys will surely make it........
