After being told mine was coming in a second batch (even though I was a Day 1 preorder) I finally got my shipping soon email!

Got mine today not gonna lie I'm underwhelmed by this! Reuse of the sculpt and the cardboard case killed it a bit, actually think the part 2 looks better.

As for the part 1 and 2 sculpt the paint on the newer one is slightly darker not much difference.

I think thats the PT2 proto which actually looks pretty decent.

It’s the first version hot toys Marty that came out years ago.

I've never taken that first Marty out of his box. I was waiting for a good PT1 Doc. Guess I'm still waiting.

Tbh I think they are trolling at this point.
It's not even newly painted as they described.

Pleather belt and pouch, cardboard box and a reused sculpt with a bumped up price tag.

I tried explaining this to younger/newer collectors on FB awhile back. Companies don't stay at the top when they become complacent. Happened to McFarlane in the late 2000s. It'll happen to HT. You only stay the champ if you are hungry for it.
