I received my John Wick this weekend, I opened it just now, it's excellent!
However I have a kind of defect on the suit jacket, there is a white trace a bit shiny depending on how you expose it to the light (Not easy to take a good photo)
I have the impression that it's the back of the jacket's collar, a bit plasticized, which has rubbed off

On the other side, I also have a small defect in the collar.

But the most important thing is this white stain, do you know what I can use to reduce it or even make it disappear?

Has anyone had this before? What do you think an after-sales service should do?

Thank you

I'm not sure what you can do to remove it. I had the exact same issue with mine, so I know what you're talking about. The lapels had an odd white reside/powder, that continued to flake down across the rest of the suit while posing. I contacted Sideshow and will be shipped a replacement.

Thanks for your feedback, so I'm not the only one with this defect...
I'm really surprised by HT, I usually don't have any problems with them (unlike InArt, for example).
Anyway, I'll check with Kit to see what can be done, thank you

You can try using some putty, to try to remove it perhaps, but I've never tried it.

I agree with keeping it battle damaged. He's in intense fights the whole movie, having a pristine jacket is actually less accurate. With all the wrinkles in the clothes that'll happen in any pose, it's likely not an eyesore

It is an horror...
I was able to reduce a little bit the white stain by rubbing gently with water.
But as for Gorocketcat, that continued to flake down behind the collar whereas i keep it in his box, I've never exposed it or even removed the plastic protection

The other side, on the other hand, has no problem
