1/6 Hot Toys- Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker - Jet Trooper

I wouldn't expect HT to produce a lot from TROS.

Broke down and ordered a Sith Jet Trooper. It's a distinctive looking trooper and is enough of a representation of this movie in the collection (unless they update Rey with a bunch of accessories and a new portrait).

Too bad Hot Toys no longer make vehicles for us. I would actually be interested in that bike the troopers used in the desert.

Agreed, very cool design. Although makes you wonder why they need to bother with tank treads when they already have hovering speeder bike technology...

They got quite a bit of screen time for a trooper. The triple barrel weapon is quite cool.

I feel like Star Wars has always prided cool-looking over logic or science so I'm okay with it. lol.
I really like the design of these. But I have SO many HT Troopers (not all of them... and it still feels like too many) that I'm hesitant with all of these. I might get a Sith Trooper. But that's about it at this point.

I feel a lot of the vehicles lately have been fan service to the old Kenner toys and this one in particular feels like something Kenner would have done, the play action being the boost to launch the Jet Trooper across your bedroom floor.

Loved the chase scene. The score track is amazing. Might pick one of these up, never thought they?d get more screentime than the Sith Trooper!

All of the sequel trilogy troopers are too shiny. Would look better if they had a little more weathering on them, like something in between rogue one shoretroopers and the new remnant trooper.

This figure/armor though has some of the best designs of the new troopers. But still too shiny for their environment.

Like the shelf warming emperor palpatine that sideshow is offering free shipping on now? Yeah it's possible but maybe hot toys learned their lesson and will not make it in unrealistically large numbers.

This being the ST and from their previous experience, HT might not make a lot of these. I've said it before, I don't think the Rogue One troopers sold that well. It's just that HTs didn't get a lot of orders and didn't make that many. People went after them afterwards, raising the after market price.

This guy's going nowhere fast anytime soon so I'll until it's marked down. Might be my favourite FO trooper design.

I think I still prefer the Flame trooper... but I do like the Tank Trooper style helmet. I just don't like the anime style and lettering on the body.
