I like how this figure looks, and the TV series is awesome. The only complain I would have is the "beard" effect on the face plates not being as great as I wished.

He took off the helmet a ton of times during season 2. It was one of my nitpicks with that season.

But not having an unmasked sculpt isn't a deal breaker, it would just be nice if they included one considering how much these things cost.

I know the license is particularly tricky. Netflix are very hard to deal with when it comes to merchandise. Hope to get Narcos figures one day though.

It's clearly still being made. Marvel probably hasn't just signed off on the final images yet, someone from HT must have thought they did, and until Marvel approves the final prototype, the pictures and everything will be back up. If there was a licensing issue still, they wouldn't be allowed to take pre-orders. Just a matter of time until it's all reserved.
