Tech came earlier than expected. But they weren't going to charge until the planned day (1/7). They put my charge through and are shipping him today. ( ) So if you don't see the option to pay the full balance on your account order page, call them and they will manually put the charge through.
So in the future we should just ask for NickSome of those operators are really unhelpful. I got Nick this time and he was very helpful.
My status was just updated to "Shipping Next business day"... ah well.
