Both figures look great, but the characters are just so much bigger than their comic counterparts. Carnage has never been bigger than Venom.
I'll still likely get both though to go with the other Spidey movie villains.

Why is Carnage so huge? I haven’t gotten the impression from the trailers he was bigger than Venom. A little odd HT isn’t double dipping on Venom though. Finally convinced me to order the exclusive Venom before he sells out.

I did notice in one of the tv spots they showed how large Carnage was compared to Venom. No doubt he will be a huge display piece with all the attachments

Kind of annoyed that he's taller than Venom but he is that tall in the movie so I don't blame Hot Toys for that one.

The figure looks super impressive overall and that half Venom/Tom Hardy sculpt is super tempting into picking up both of them up. They're gonna look crazy together with HTs Classic Spider-Man figure as well.

Now I actually hope HT makes an Eddie Brock figure in street clothes just because I want a great Tom Hardy sculpt you can see an amazing likeness in that new sculpt.

That size difference is ridiculous and the pea sized head on him doesn't help the cause. In fact the body proportions look goofy as all hell. Headsculpts are great looking though.
