I truly have a hard time seeing how Howard cares about this company. This will do absolutely nothing to HT's bottom line. Nothing.

Hopefully, Queen grabs Batman Return's license and gives us a 1/6 Catwoman and a 1/6 Penguin with the same love Joker is getting. I'd pay 1K for that insanely amazing 2 pack!

That's what I figure, just curious if it was stated yet.
The official pics show the figure standing on the standard base is 34cm high so assuming the base is roughly 4cm high I think the figure should be 30 or 31cm.

The amount of people who kiss Hot Toys ass boggles my mind. You say or criticize one thing about a figure and all you get it is:

"DoNt LiKe It? DonT BUy It!"
"LeTs SeE YoU Do BeTTeR!"

**** off. Hot Toys is not your best friend. They don't give two ***** about you.
I think the problem is that Hot Toys is so dominant and make so many things that they’ve become synonymous with sixth scale for a lot of collectors.

I have stuff by other companies, but 90% of my figures are Hot Toys.

Mike86 is still trying.
:lol I’m resisting the rooted hair version. I just can’t justify it to myself. Too many other figures I want more. The standard would probably be what I would go for, but even then I’m on the fence.

Actually with all the Ledger Joker talk I decided to dig out my Bank Robber 2.0 from storage and set him up.

Oh no don't get me wrong I'm still keeping it but it doesn't hurt to get a new full release especially since the last we got was from SS. Lol
Ahh ok good! Your custom looks so good man, I think it would be hard to beat. But I agree, I too would love a new official release. Even though I customize stuff, there's something about having an official figure.

Ugh, part of me is almost annoyed at how amazing those rooted figures look, because I know I would have been perfectly content with just the standard figure, which is already a massive improvement over the custom I put together years ago and probably all I really needed in the collection.

But because the rooted looks so much better there's just no way I'll be able to resist getting that now.
Yeah, the sculpted hair version looks fine…until you see it alongside the rooted version which is just a whole other level.

I’m curious if rooted will be limited to expensive bundles going forward as well. Gandolf is supposed to be next - will people have to buy a grey/white Gandolf 2-pack for rooted? Time will tell.

Im not sure why people think this was a jab at Hot Toys.

Queen Studios just wanted to put a product out that they know people will buy, so that's exactly what they did.

They know they have a good product, regardless of what it does to Hot Toys.

As a business, its money for them.

I wish we had better pics of the sculpted hair. Might be easier to choose and save some cash. The rooted hair worries me, but might be awesome. Decisions…

I never quite understood this. Some of my favorite figures are the ones I bashed or customized. That's not to say customs are better -- I love many of my factory (HT) figures. But even factory ones need some tweaking and "fixing".

Thats subjective though. Some people are fine with the stock figure. Some people like you arent. Its almost as if we all have different opinions and tolerances or something....

This is my problem. I think the sculpted hair looks great until I click to the next picture and see the rooted…
I’m still on the fence, $1100 is a lot for me to gamble for this to not be a home run

I always worry about messing something up. So I generally leave things stock unless it’s a very minor alteration.

True. In many ways the whole hobby is subjective... but accuracy is accuracy. It is either right or incorrect. Some people just like it a bit more accurate than others.
