My standard version has the tiniest dark paint spot on its forehead near the hairline and now that I've noticed it it's all I can see every time I look at it.
Mine shipped today.Has anyone heard of someone else or had their standard sculpted ship from toyswonderland?
When did you place your order?Mine shipped today.
Comparing my jail cell Joker to screen grabs from the movie, the hair just look to poofy and maybe too much of it. Makes the head seem more oversized than it is.

Still very happy with it but wish they had done more to differentiate it from the purple coat sculpt and make it more scene accurate. I need to roll the sleeves up and adjust the collar to.
I think it depends on how you futz it. There's also a high probability of variance for each head if they were assembled by hand.

I do, just paranoid about ruining it don't want to end up with something resembling this..You really need to break up that thick comb-over.

With a little water?Totally get it. But just run a toothpick through that comb-over in a few places -- even that little bit will help I bet.

Both @Chopper Face and myself gave some fairly in depth tips on how to work with the hair. Just have to search the thread some pages back. Chopper Face also gave progress photosI do, just paranoid about ruining it don't want to end up with something resembling this..
I definitely prefer it for the sculpted hair jail sculpt based on picsCan’t believe I’m gonna say this but I think I prefer sculpted . . .
Thank you. I'll look back at those posts and make some notes. Might wait for some video demo's before going in with a brush. Both @Chopper Face and myself gave some fairly in depth tips on how to work with the hair. Quick tips: dip soft paint brush in water to slowly dampen hair> use tweezer and/or toothpick to separate the hair>use tweezers/toothpick/fingers to restyle hair> repeat until satisfied>let dry
In between the separation and the restyling stages it will probably look a bit like that pic you posted actually, you just have to follow through and not stop. There's so much product in the hair that you really don't need to worry about it looking/staying wild

Rooted all the way for me, especially when you see it in-hand but the sculpted version definitely has it's charm. I think the sculpted works better straight out of the box, whereas the rooted Jail Cell version needs to be messed with. Can’t believe I’m gonna say this but I think I prefer sculpted . . .
For the Jail Cell version, it does need to be futz with to better match that scene. It's too straight and neat down the side of his face right out of the container. Just take some water and a paintbrush/toothbrush/toothpick to better give it that curly messy look. I used a fair bit of water and it still came out fine.I do, just paranoid about ruining it don't want to end up with something resembling this..
