I assume it’d be a purple coat again, considering they like to do “definitive” main looks for characters. Or perhaps, they will go all out and offer a 3 or 4-pack option and provide all the main looks for him (maybe they can do Nurse Joker now) ala Phoenix Joker 4-pack. Surely, they know a Ledger multi-pack option would sell like hotcakes, even more so than a Phoenix 4-pack.

Wow, already? Glad I didn’t buy the first release. I think pretty clearly their Ledger is their weakest figure, but also their first. Still though seems pretty quick to already be doing a 2.0.

Doing a Bank Robber with an alternate smiling head for use with the 1.0 would be nice.

…But they’ll totally just do the whole purple coat / interrogation look again.

I look forward to their 2.0, If anything for a better base and smaller sized artbox :lol In all seriousness, I'd love to see them take what they have learned so far to make a better version. Regardless of how I feel regarding their QC, I'd still be interested and most likely buy the 2.0 if it really shows their improvement in this scale since the 1.0- base, hair (color and application), paint (hopefully), eyes (no more PERS), eyelid thickness, head size and tailoring.

But, until that happens, I'll stick with current plans of keeping what I want from the 1.0 and merging it with the HT artisan figure. This does mean that I can probably get rid of the 1.0 heads instead of getting them redone, but I see that as a plus. I'd have no problem getting rid of my HT artisan for the InArt 2.0 if it looks like a more definitive mass produced Ledger Joker.

My thought process is “different is better.” I just got my Artisan and I am very happy with it. HT did a great job and I love **** like the tongue and the expression they chose. Like everything, it’s not perfect and there are things I liked better about IA’s when I owned it (guns, for instance). It’s like I said in the Reeve thread about why a smiling sculpt is so important to me in differentiating between the OG Hot Toys Reeve (which still holds up very well) and whatever IA’s new offering is, though. If there are enough differences, there’s always a market. If they went all in with a grinning and laughing sculpt, a scaffolding diorama and had that mother dangling upside down while teasing their new Bale? I can’t tell you I wouldn’t be tempted…

Lol, where's the Joker is boring do something new and the too soon crowd?

They should do another one, and they'll get it right probably, but doing it this soon seems a slap in the face.
remember you bragging about how you don't go around pissing on the inart threads since you are so in love with the JND version ...
