Yeah, QC should definitely be high on the list, and also R & D and not adopting an 'if it ain't broke don't fix it' approach. Look how many bodies EB has developed since HT stuck with the basic TT design, and they're better with each one. Whichever body the new Will Smith uses will be a corker.

HT need to look at what happens after sales are made. If they get a lot of comebacks, they should look at them and learn. EB have.

If the HT Indy had been perfect then this thread could have closed as we would no longer have needed to do anything.

I just got this from ebay:

I thought it was really well done especially for the price. I bought it as a base to start me off. I'm planing on upgrading it a bit.

Somethings I plan to upgrade:

New body
Remove all SSC feet and hands
Add whip cuts with blood
New Line boots
Mfisher gear

I think I will port him to a TTM-19.

The TTM-19 is probably your best bet. Especially since it's still pretty accessible. Definitely hold on to that Rambo body, though.

Also, I've got a pair of unused Newline boots. PM me if you're interested.

Almost finished Indy... FINALLY. Will post recipe and better pics later. Probably took me about a year to get this guy to where he is now. Also posted a pic of what I did to the body. Apologies for the crappy pic.

Thanks! There is so much blood (literally) and sweat in this figure it's crazy. I must have stabbed myself 4 times sewing the buttons on. I really disliked the stock buttons that came with the Hot toys shirt, so I got some new ones, painted them, and sewed them on.

The only thing left to do is work on the base, and adjust the shirt and jacket collar.
