I don’t wanna sound repetitive, like every Indy that I see I say, “Wow, that’s one of the best ones ever!”, but honestly:

Wow, that is one of the nicest ones ever!
Amazing attention to detail, great weathering, “Highest marks”

I decided to repaint the eyes on my two spare Treasure Hunter sculpts as the eyes were so dark it was hard to make out the details on them.

For the first one I did the eyes and a very thin layer of flesh colour on the skin although it is hard to tell from the pictures.

For the second I moved the eyes and painted the skin tone to look more like the swarthy look the character has. I think it looks a lot better now.

Ps. Sorry they are all the wrong way round. I still haven't figured out how to align pictures correctly on here. Also great Indy Solidsnake. That base is fantastic.

Definitely one of the best I've seen!

And I love the base and pose! Makes me want to put my smiling Indy head on my other Indy and recreate it. Beautiful work all around.

Nice work. You have to have a steady hand to paint the eyes and I've found it to be a real pita.

Thanks I'm getting better at it. This time last year I had never painted a head before and would have been too scared to paint some of them in case I ruined them. Changing the eyes on some sculpts is like having a new sculpt at times.

Thanks guys much appreciated it’s taken a while to get it how I want it i was very lucky to get the head back that I had painted has a commission for some one so did some more work to it. I was kicking myself that I never picked one up for myself at the time I was painting it.

My Ultimate Indy. Probably time for a bit of a repose though, so I may have a play around at the weekend and take some better-lit shots. Might also try my Smiling Indy sculpt on him too, which currently resides on my Streets of Cairo Indy.

And I completely agree that the Smiling Indy sculpt is the best Harrison Ford likeness out there at the moment.
