Please get the magnets right in the stand and Feet. The concept is a great idea but my poor figure took so many nose dives off the stand I'm surprised he is not damaged. I ended up with an ugly crotch grabber stand which is a shame as the base if beautiful.

My Rooster Cogburn's ankles were too weak to support him on the magnet base, so there was no choice but to use a crotch grabber.

KP's base is useless junk that hasn't seen the light of day since. I wouldn't trust any future magnetic stand of theirs as I don't trust their ankles.

Rooster's base was only a lump of paper topped plastic anyway.

Very cool! I was looking at getting a hat myself, but never pulled the trigger...no pun intended.

Early on in that video they were discussing how good KP's magnetic bases were (apparently even better than the competition), and the secret to their success was strong ankles.

Not the case with my KP Rooster Cogburn. I tested him again today after watching that part of the video, and there's no chance in hell of him standing on that base. His ankles are far too weak.

I hate magnetic bases. Even Blitzway's 'hidden wire' Ghostbusters bases were more useful than Rooster's.

The basic magnetic base was a lump of cheap looking plastic topped with a paper sticker - Fabio said somewhere that future bases won't have paper tops. On the other hand, the deluxe 'Luxury Magnetic Diorama Stand' came with the option to plug in a crotch grabber.

No doubt Hondo will have similar pre-order options.

I'm very interested in seeing the release images. I'm probably in a minority in thinking that previous pics of the sculpt don't give a good, strong likeness of "The Duke". It's obvious who it's intended to be, but I feel there's something in the expression that is just not quite there. It seems to be a semi-quizzical expression which he did show at times, but I'd hoped for a more determined one. I felt the same about the Rooster Cogburn release. The expression and face just looked like a grumpy, old man. At least The Hondo pics have shown shown a closer resemblance to the man.

I really want a good "Duke" to share space with my Blondie, Josey, Preacher and Will Munny. Here's hoping!

Fabio and team making dreams come true in 1/6 :panic:Absolutely looking forward to another Duke in the collection. Would love to see Ethan and John T make an appearance in this lineup 🙏 Actually, I would love to a lot more, but need to be realistic about the situation. I’m just happy KP is making Hondo 😊

He's too short, especially if they're including the hat and boots in their 31cm measurement. (He should be 32cm tall without hat and boots).

The dog looks like it's carved out of cake icing. (Did they ask Hot Toys to sculpt it for them?)

He has the same crappy, cheap plasticky, paper-topped magnetic base they used for Rooster. (Which was utterly useless due to Rooster's weak ankles).

KP hasn't listed him so there's no look at the exclusive yet, but we can guess it's a sculpted base and the addition of the saddle bags.

One vital piece of information I omitted when I cleaned up the text was this:

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL – 4th Quarter of 2025

Thank you Pilgrim.

I see they are using the same rig, weapons and boots. The rig belt is one of the best I have seen, hopefully it shall be shorter to reflect the younger man.
