I looked over some references and I've got enough information to be able to make it--while it's bigger than Mal's pistol, it looks like it would be easier to cast so it shouldn't be a problem

This is great news. I'd be down for a pair of those. Have you though of doing a Mares Leg carbine for Zoe, or Jaynes pistol?

I thought about it, we'll see how it goes with the other stuff, Vera would definitely be next after Mal's pistol

I'm ambivalent about Vera, but a resin cast of Jayne's sidearm and especially Zoë's gun would be certain buys.

I think I'll email them and see, I had told them to let me know once they've got a chance to do it but I haven't heard from them yet.

I had emailed them again but haven't gotten a reply yet. They're probably still busy. I'm starting to look at other places. They were probably the cheapest but I'm checking out some other stuff.

Does anyone know of a good caster? I think one option might be to get printed and then send that to someone else for casting rather than trying to find one place that can do everything.

Trev obviously delivers top-notch casts.

Some people use Lonnie (the "Hero Heads" guy). I know Sunohc uses him to cast his sculpts and having bought both Lonnie's original work (Ripley) and stuff from Sunohc, the casts have been perfect every time.

I hate having to fill in bubbles/imperfections.
