I want some Batman and Robin figures. Hopefully Hot Toys has plans for Batman, Robin, and Batgirl at some point. Then SooSoo or Mars could fill out the line with Mr. Freeze, Ivy, and Bane.

Same with Batman Returns. Hot Toys gave us a great Returns Batman, now we need Mars to give us Penguin and Catwoman.

They've just released a bunch of Marvel and Star Wars figures, so I'm guessing DC is next.

Never mind HT, other than Batman and Superman, does WB even give a damn about DC?

While Marvel was already years into it's 10 to 12th successful film showcasing its myriad of characters and well into possibly the most celebrated shared universe franchise in history, WB/DC was laughably still trying to figure itself out, just starting to begin their own.
Which was out the gate an incoherent mess, which needed a reshoot of a reshoot to deliver the final cut, to a franchise launch that was already dead.
Almost a decade later, they are now hiring the guy whose whole approach borders on tongue-in-cheek cynical self-parody of the material, to develop their whole Universe.

WB's Cinematic DCU is little more than self loathing self parody.

No dc doesn’t nor ever cared about its characters. They treat them like jokes and are ashamed to have them. That’s why it took them years to make Wonder Woman and flash. They could have made so many films but chose not to cause they lack faith in there characters and it got worse after Batman and Robin.

We got Jonah Hex, Constantine, Swamp Thing, and Steel before a Wonder Woman or Flash movie.

We still have never had an animated Wonder Woman show.

Yup. They said they never thought she’d sell. They have a plethora of characters to choose from and could have easily been head to head with marvel if they made things like
Teen titans
Plastic man
Static shock
A better green lantern film
Flash
Batman beyond animated film
Wonder Woman earlier
Jla
Blue beetle earlier
Green arrow.
The list goes on

They chose not to cause they hate them and have zero faith in the characters they have
