That holo Leia just might end up being the only ANH representation of her that I own so I'm definitely glad I got one.

As for Ben, there's just going to be something special about having him in the collection. He represents so many great scenes from the OT and is on the short list along with Vader, the Droids, and Chewbacca whose appearance doesn't really change throughout the trilogy.

Ben can be put in displays as varied as Tatooine, the cantina, the Falcon, Death Star, Hoth, Dagobah, and the Ewok celebration. Awesome. You can pair him up against Tatooine Luke and Han, the Droids, Walrusman, Vader, Stormtroopers, Yoda, and lots more. I love that.

Well, I'm not too terribly worried about whether I get the exclusive version from the wait list or not. Hopefully I will, but somehow I think I'll survive if I don't. But I am surprised everyone is quite so chipper about the way this went down. Regardless of the spin this isn't the only time this has ever happened. They really might want to take some measures to, ya know, make sure it doesn't happen anymore. I also wasn't particularly happy with getting through on the phone and being hung up on immediately. I understand how it happens, it's busier for the representatives than it should be and were an anoyance to them because of it, but I wouldn't call it great customer service either. I think it's nice that so many folks eventually were able to get an order in. But I don't think SSC did really brilliant work in addressing the problems in the past that caused the problem this time. And I waisted a couple of hours that I'm not getting back. So, what would make me happier than SSC trying to spin this thing (I'm not going for the Jedi mind tricks, this isn't a first time problem) would be them saying they are going to fix it. But hey, that's just me.

It was a terrible experience, serial dialing for nearly an hour and half to 2 hours and getting hung up on THREE times and starting it all over again. But, sideshow didn't do it on purpose, it was bad luck for them as well. They will give everyone reward points anyway, which is a nice gesture.

Anyone know if Ben's hood will have a wire in it like the others (besides Plo)? It doesn't look like it in the photos, but then again it is the prototype.

Lol....I was chaperoning an 8th Grade Field Trip on Order day so I had no choice but to use the phone. It took me an hour to get through but I did and had no clue about the server meltdown. I just now five minutes ago got my email confirmation that my order was secure...

Wow, talk about a bump for this thread. Though, we've been PPOed many great figures since, so as great as this one is, it's been easy to forget, as well as with the number of things shipping lately that have been great too. I'm definitely going to like Leia less because I'd rather get Ben next, so getting her will be a dissappointment, unless some delay happens with her to make Ben next, that'd be great
