Phone orders taken for Obi-wan Kenobi Episode IV earlier today will receive rewards points due to the server issue experienced during the PPO which required some collectors to place their orders via the phone.

Wow, I missed quite a show today. I was at work and just called SS a little after 1:00 EST, got through after a couple of tries, and placed my order for the exclusive. I was back at my desk at 1:07 totally oblivious to the fact that anyone was having difficulties. Crazy.

I'm actually glad to see that people seemed to take the snafu's in stride. Sure it was more stressful than usual. But SSC has a great track record of taking care of their customers and honoring reward points for todays phone orders is just another great example
