Well I feel as though I am a bit late to the party and everyone is already drunk, but I have to say this is the best Sideshow sculpt ever. Trav did an amazing job and the paint apps are great! I know this is nothing new, but I am so happy to finally have Old Ben

Well...you're not the last Adam. Mine is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I just hope I am home! I have to be at work at Best Buy for 3:00pm! Hopefully U.P.S. will get there before about 2:40pm. But the last few times they've delivered to me it's been between 5-7pm. I must be the LAST stop on their delivery route.

King, I think your pictures show that great, natural poses are possible if you take the time and work with the body. I really like those shots of Ben.

Chase, I think you'll find you can get it to look closer to the photo if you lower his belt and sash, they were fairly lower on Guiness than the figure comes.

Got the pose slightly better, the arms are closer to the body. Could still use a bit of futzing though, like MF pointed out.

I was watching ANH and it looked like Ben's was a dark brown instead of a redish brown so when I was futzing with him I decided to put Anakin's dark brown robe on him and I really like it. I may scrounge it up a bit and leave it on him.

Amazing pictures. This is the best figure Sideshow has ever done. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you all my crazy story!

So I got back from school today and Old Ben had arrived. Whoopee! I was so happy, and he looks FANTASTIC. I was thrilled, and everything was just dandy. It's the regular edition, since my waitlist order was officially canceled. Or so they had told me.

I got an e-mail this evening telling me my order would be converted on Friday. Huh? Lo and behold, my Obi-Wan exclusive on the waitlist somehow got back on order, and now the exclusive will be on his way!!! So I'll return the regular and get to keep the exclusive! Dreams do come true!
