The paints apps are glorious compared to some other SS figures. This figure is a 9.5 outta 10. Only thing from not making it a 10 is the buck... Everything else is great.

This figure should never be forgotten. Even if HT or Medi made one, they'd be hard pressed to make a sculpt that looks better.

As much as the paint apps are pretty good and better than some, the semi-gloss look and inconsistent quality of the painting on the white highlights in the beard and hair ammount to keeping the figure down to like an 8.5-9.

Yeah, I would say that figure would draw a person into collecting as fast as any other figure would.

I originally had Ben ordered from Fireside then I got an email that he was no longer available, but by that time everyone had sold out of him. My wife surprised me and bought him off ebay (Its either a Valentine's, St Patrick's Day, Anniversary or Birthday present) and thanks to the darned tracking information I see he is sitting on a truck five miles away waiting to be delivered Monday!!

I agree that's why I folded a paper towel into a small square and tucked it neatly into his "guttoral" area above his belt. So now he has Sir Alec Guiness' dunlop disease. Looks great too!

what qualifies as "nick and dent" will they answer that or no?? if its just the box then that's fine, but if the figure itself is messed up i'd have to find out what that is before buying it, even if it is half off.
