I just pulled the 1st Dredd eagle pauldron, gun and helmet casts from my molds and their not bad I made sure to leave plenty of breath holes, i gave the eagle 6 altogether and i'm glad i did.

I'll have a go at the other pauldron tomorrow and the knee and elbow pads to check the molds are ok.

Oww so much awesomeness my leg fell off and went and had a party on its own.

Here's what Dredd looks like very roughly with a mix of sculpts and casts, just to give you an idea of what he'll look like. I must add that my Dredd is very buff as i sculpted muscle on to a TT.

Got to build a big bugger eagle and some wings for the shoulder pad..

Also totally chuffed up the other pad... put the WRONG insignia on it... DOOOOHHH

The axe holder on the backpack is a great addition

If u want me to sculpt a proper eagle for your marine i can pop that in as well so u can cast it?

I'm planning on building up my arsenal of weapons for my marine(s) and have found this great pic online ;

So ,duly inspired, I made a few sketches etc. and within a few hours I had the beginnigs of a Melta Gun !

It came together so easily , I don't see any reason why I can't build the full set .

That looks like a great beginning, but I think Dorgmal's right. Those don't look like Marine weapons, they look like Imp Guard weapons.
