Err........, I knew that ( I'm not completely daft !), that's why I'm not making them EXACTLY the same , just using them as "inspiration " ! ( Cough ) :slap
Changing the subject , Dorgmal , that bike !! That's something that's been perculating in my brain for quite a while , so I'll be following your progress closely . One thing , where did you find the wheels ? My Dredd Lawgiver has been on the back-burner 'till I found suitable ones . ( I always thought the Warhammer bikes owed a lot to Dredd's ride ).

Haha it's all about the Marine Mobility Scooters!!
Awesome jobs fellas! Can't wait to see you complete an weather that beast Mark :D

Ahhh cheers guys. I guess I have just run out of Star Wars Steam :( the Warhammer Universe has soooo much scope... There are 234 named chapters and each chapter has so many sub-divisions and special charters its a custom heaven... and very little has been done at this size...

Its not as main stream as star wars which is got to be more fun than star wars.I always thought warhammer was a cult following crowd

Mark , you are aware that I'm going to nick ALL your ideas about the bike , aren't you ? :lol
As for the "defection" from Star Wars , I suppose I'm in the same boat . I have limited time and resources at the moment , so I have to be really committed to any project I er,,, commit to .( Hence me working almost exclusively in the SW universe for a while ). Having done a number of Star Wars bashes one after the other , a change is as good as a rest . As I've stated before , I'm not even a "Warhammer Guy" , but have always appreciated the design ethic . This is reflected in my earlier "faux pa" regarding weaponry ! ( I wouldn't know "Imperial Guard" from " Imperial Leather ":dunno ). What I DO know , is that the very "look" the Marines evokes a sense of atmosphere and history and every individual figure in this thread ignites the imagination in a very unique and special way . I personally have every intention of returning to the SW universe ( eventually ) , but I'm far from finished with the Space Marines yet .:wink1:

Well said TG :goodpost:
The Space Marines are very unique and there's so much scope to stick to the many variations or do what I've done and try to create something unique. It's possibly the best collaborative thread ive ever seen or been a part of.
Creativity from everyone on here is immense and a pleasure to be part of :lecture

Oww so much awesomeness my leg fell off and went and had a party on its own.

Here's what Dredd looks like very roughly with a mix of sculpts and casts, just to give you an idea of what he'll look like. I must add that my Dredd is very buff as i sculpted muscle on to a TT.

Cheers man and its a Kato-E (guy here on the boards) front zip bodysuit.

Looks Great cbobby!

I would be in for a few parts!

Only comment is that the visor is covering a bit too much of the nose IMO.

Yeah i did quibble with myself a bit but thought most of the time it comes lower, and besides you can always cut it out if you want a see through visor.

I'm casting up about 2 or 3 full sets a day atm but i wanna see how many i can make before either the molds give in or i run out of resin. Ive cast up 3 of the 5 that are already taken.

But let me know which bits u want anyway as i'm doing these at about £30 for a full set atm.

The first of my weapons is 90% done . I need to add a couple of little details and then it's just a job of weathering . The flash has made the black paint look a little rough , but this is intentional ( honest !) as I need a good heavy matt finish before I begin the task of rubbing , dry-brushing , washing etc.

Well I sure want the shoulder pads, knee pads ad elbwo pads :)

Nps man :) you wouldn't be up for a swap cos i'm making a 1 off Stallone Dredd for a friend and this helmet and possibly groin armour would save me alot of hassle :)
