I gotta admit milliput takes some getting used to but it chuffin grand stuff...

Well this one for Averone is gonna be hard to give up.... The new shoulder pads are a dream and I have started using a different way of connecting the hands which seems a lot better. now with the primer on I can see any pock marks and imperfections that I don't like... gonna rework the helm a bit and make a new mould as its failing.... steamed and bent the trigger hand and fingers and glued a magnet into the palm of his hand and onto the bolter....

worked on the Angels feet today added some height and some tread and started filling the gaps and stuff.

Sanded the knees down so they were rounder.



draw up the waterside in ai and roughly superimposed them in ps just to get an idea of what it will look like

Also started playing with the idea of a skull servitor that a friend suggested for the tech Marine...

Started playing around with distressing the armour today. I am experimenting with colouring pencils to obtain stretches and worn areas... and I am staying within the lines on my colouring book
then using silver paint for really worn areas and finally playing with a silver pencil to ooowwwww...still got to ad washes and pastels and 1lb/450g dried fruit sultanas, currants, raisins and chopped dates 10 fl oz/300ml strong, black tea 8oz/225g all purpose/plain flour5½ oz/150g butter, slightly softened 5½ oz/150g dark Muscovado sugar 4 medium eggs 1 tbsp dark treacle/cane molasses 18 fl oz/ 600ml brandy or sherry... wow I love a good fruitcake but don't be shy with that sherry...

Also, have you been having any trouble with the paint being scratched off the top of the boot by the shin ?
