1/6 Space marines.....

Manuel sculpted the wings on a chest piece... so I cast it up and then popped it on a heater.. and forgot about it!!!!!!!

Well once the fire brigade had finished their cuppa tea and mince pies and scrapped the molten resin off the heater they made me promised not to start any more fires and not put any more plastic on an electric heater.

I waved them off and plugged another heater in and popped another chest piece on it...


once it was glowing red I pulled it off and cut of some of the excess resin and bend it out flat...

them sanded the back to DEATH!!!

Wow dorgs all this stuff looks great, i was just looking at your gonk droids from ages ago for further ideas for bits (can't find any other broken mobile phones or small circuitry ) I know they're old news to u but im still fumbling around with mine (been toooo busy with real work)

I've got a greedo and a TT slim now, i was wondering if you'd be able to tell me how to do the switch? thanks!

(PS: how many power droids would it take to defeat a space marine squad?)

Just everything lol, tried hands and feet and they wouldn't fit the body, haven't tried head yet. never done a body swap! do u file down greedo's pegs?

hahah... Well a wee bit of progress this evening.... started slapping the undercoats on Titus Armour....

Mort... for your Greedo... the hands just need warming and then the pegs pulling out and the TT popping in... the feet... well if you got the Afro TT slim then the foot pegs just plug in... if you got the TT Slim white guy, then he has the regular TT double ball joint peg. So warm the boot and pull the peg out. then drill a hole in the boot to make the hole where the peg goes a bit bigger... but only a bit... then steam the boot like buggery and it goes mega soft and you can push the ball joint in oowww nurse
