Snake and Ripley would be my team up on a shelf. God damn would that be a cool crossover.

Did anybody knew this got pushed till December now?

Well... If they've been following this thread... they're probably trying to avoid another botched figure for fear of seeing a butt-load of cranky fans and returns. At least I HOPE that's the case.

Ha Ha, really? After Drake and Indy?:rotfl time to get a factory like Hot Toys has to make toys, wait....... scratch that, that would mean higher prices!

Noticed that a while back. To be honest, with the amount of stuff coming out between now and the end of the year I don't mind if it's pushed until Feb. Especially if it means the final figure looks like the proto.

Well can we just assume next yr then now? I mean really do we have any faith in ssc at this point to believe
they will actually release this in December?

I know you guys are expecting the worse but I want to maintain hope about this figure. I truely believe that they were having QC issues and that why the figure has been pushed back.

I think I might be canceling my PO. A year and two months ?? Really ??? Hot toys figures are far more better and they commit to the 7 month deadline and sometimes earlier. Now it will get in the way of my other flexpayments for 2015 like marty and arkham batman and han solo. You guy keep saying that figures get pushed all the time but I've been in this Hobby two and now three in January and Hot Toys figures most of the times deliver. i also read somewhere that sideshow put their preorders ahead of time to get early preorders but they know the figure will come at later date or know it will get delayed.

Well... All I can say is these delays better give us a better figure. I have very mixed feelings about the figure shown at SDCC, so these delays better translate into better quality. I was giving Sideshow another chance with this figure, and so far I'm sitting here empty handed with more questions than answers. They should at least explain why they have nonstop delays. Unprofessional.

What's so different about getting the figure in December instead of October?

Delays are common by every maker.

Delays are common in the action figure hobby, but this has been bumped several times. At some point, as a company, they need to stand behind a release date and get the product out. If they know it won't be ready until early next year then they need to go ahead and say so instead of leading people on month after month.
