I really like the fact that this companies were created thanks to the fans and the sloppiness of hottoys

Unrelated to Supermad, but I recently picked up that custom 2049 Deckard sculpt off of eBay as the curiosity over the months (perhaps even a year) got the better of me. Its actually a decent sculpt in-hand. I haven't put it on the Supermad figure yet, but the sculpt details are quite nice and definitely capture Ford's aged features quite well.

Is that the one with the high forehead?

Yeah...mines at processing centre...gonna be a while for me as I'm sending mine to a mate in UK and he then has to forward on to me to Ireland

I know the previous BLACKBOX replicant killer thread was closed some time ago, so I was wondering if I could ask this here,

Does anyone know which base body goes best with the JNIX sculpt with BLACKBOX clothes for officer K?
Trying to customise my fig but need some guidance!

I don't have the BlackBox figure, but when i am putting together a "non-superhero" physique custom, i go for either of these two:

1(Two links, but it's almost the same figure):
Notice this first one has "TTM18" style arms:

This one has looser arms, with less-concealed joints, but can attain more poseability:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Body-for-E...052655&hash=item1ce1319064:g:1b8AAOSw8bteFKDp
They both have the same body except for the arms, and your choice of arms depends on how flexible you need the body to be(For a character holding a mobile phone up to their ear, the second one. For exposed elbows, the first one). The second one is more flexible, but the arms are slightly less tight than the first one. The legs are tight at the crotch for posing, and the knee joints are similarly tight. The above bodies are also available with a connected neck should you require one.

2(And my fave for customs):
https://www.ebay.com/itm/DAMTOYS-78...098674?hash=item23b9811072:g:b0IAAOSwJZRcoddB

This Dam Toys body is the jack of all trades for an "everyman" custom. The joined neck is just PVC, so you can just remove it with a scalpel, and the joints underneath the pvc neck come off(And go into the parts bin to replace HT necks that break, lol), and the ball at the bottom connects to HT and similar headsculpts.
I have used many of these. The neck comes off easily with a sharp scalpel or x-acto knife. I have pics of the process if you should decide to go with this head.
The chest area is pvc, and can be cut if you need better clothing fit, and this body is based on the slender HT body the use for Luke(Even if it doesn't seem like it).
The only thing you'll need to source are DAM/Easy Simple wrist pegs which are different from HT pegs. The footpegs are the same.
Most costumes fit on either of those bodies.
The DAM one is better in my opinion(Although you have to cut the neck off yourself), but the Easy & Simple one is cheaper...

Yeah, I?ll throw in another recommend for the DAM Toys body. I?ve only had one Easy Simple body, but I found it very loose, while I?ve never had a problem with the DAM bodies. The one you linked to used to be my go-to for a necked body, but they have a new one that?s more like the Hot Toys Han Solo body and I think the proportions of the chest and neck are a bit better:

But for a necked sculpt like the JNIX, there?s also the older DAM body that they sold with Walking Dead heads, and recently used for a Gangster Kingdom figure, so looking for that one is probably your best bet.

On the subject of the Supermad K, mine finally got through customs and is supposed to get here tomorrow, so I?m really excited for that.

Pizza always has fantastic photos. But don't let him fool you, you need to take your figure out in the rain for it to look that good. :lecture

Looks great in the outdoor lighting.
Is that 'out of box' figure? or did you do something to make him look cooler?
Mine just got shipped from KG, so I'm eager to see him in hand!
