Honestly - these don't wow Me one bit! Such legendary characters - they could have done a much much better job! That Jesse clothing is 5 years behind current standards to be very frank!

It looks like the cut-and-sew isn't complete on Jesse, but also be aware that Michael, who shot the photos, said the displays (glass/cabinets/setup) and lighting at the Diamond booth were quite poor, so that's gong to be partially responsible for less than stellar photos compared to many of his others.

For 3Zero pricing, they look mint to me (other than the futzing).

I don't know man. I think they rather charge 50 bucks more and get that clothing done "hot toys standard" or else these will be one of those bought / but on sale on eBay forever kinds
I have, rather "had" a lot of hope from them and they have a goldmine of a license - 150 or 200 won't make much of a difference - they just have to get it right!

Threezero haven't shipped a bad outfit on either of the GoT figures, nor have any of their other prototype images looked of poor fit/finish, so I don't expect what was shown at SDCC on Jesse to show up in the final prototype and definitely not in the final release. Much of what looks bad about the jacket I'm also willing to attribute to image blur, serious lack of futzing, screwed up white balance caused by the venue and display lighting and camera angle. The shirt I'd like to see switch to a fabric with a less pronounced weave and I'm giving the head a "wait and see" because the sculpt itself looked pretty nice, but the paint under this lighting can't be judged.

What is bad about that jacket is the choice of material, stitching and fit! Just being honest! It's making that head look way too small! Hence I said that it needs to be reworked quite a bit!
Futzing can make a huge difference but not miracles!

Speak for yourself brotha...every cent makes a difference. The fact that ThreeZero is continuing to bring us figures at such low prices is what draws customers and continues to keep us happy. Even most Hot Toys dont look good straight out of the box. Never underestimate what a good futzing can do. I'd rather pay the $150 and modify/futz it, than spend $250 for a Hot Toys figure that I'd have to do the same work to.

I don't mind paying more for quality improvements, but I always feel like these are really $110 figures, because shipping is included. I take $40 off the price, because that's the approx amount it costs to have HT figures ship to me. That's a little over half the price of some of the cheaper HT figures, so I don't even treat them the same, because I feel it's a whole different price bracket. For HT pricing, sure, I'd want an HT level figure, & can be quite picky when it comes to their figures, but for 3Zero, I guess I'm a bit more lenient with their products, because of their pricing.

It would be cool to get a Trevor Grove level Walt sculpt, the clothes to have stellar tailoring, multiple head sculpts, more accurate accessories ..... etc, but as much as I like 3Zero, they aren't at HT level, & don't charge HT prices, so I don't really expect HT level things from them. Although, I am quite happy with their quality/pricing ratio. Do you sometimes get that feelin' where you have a really nice figure in your collection, but it still feels overpriced? I haven't had that feelin' with a 3Zero figure, even though it might not be on par with some of the other figures in my collection.

My view might be based on different things, simply by being an international customer though.

Still looking forward to my Heisenberg. Will definitely need to futz a bit. Plus that Jesse has to be a rush job to just show off what they have going. Those clothes don't look that good as of now. Looking forward to that finished product.

Based on the angle of the photos, lighting, and potential lack of good futzing, I'm not putting much stock in these pics. Who knows? Maybe you move Jesse's shoulders down, tilt his head a bit, and pull the jacket down, and it becomes an awesome figure. However, based on what they showed us previously of the sculpt, I'm not sure that aspect is going to blow me away.

I'm with you. My collection is gonna be with me for a long time, no sense in nickel and diming it.

^^^ good thought my friend! I can understand a difference between 150 and 1000 dollar custom! But to compromise over 50 bucks on a collectable that will probably stay with you for ever does not make sense to me!
Also while hot toys is subjected to massive scrutiny / personally in past 2 years/ I don't remember seeing clothing "this off"

Lastly being an advocate and buyer of custom figures I am well versed with futzing! Even on a 1000 dollar figure - but one must not ignore what is shown "as is" cause while futzing does wonders it does not do miracles! And that's the Truth!

But each product has a market! So no offense given and none taken! I personally hate the extremities both in custom and license alike!
