I hate to say it, I think I am going to pass. The figure looks outstanding but tip of the iceberg shown today for 2011+. Tough choices and this guy is one that won't make the cut.

Still looks great......

Anyone see a ship date yet? I've looked through all the pics I could find and can't find any that have his placecard in them.

He turned out amazing!! Number one on my list of the new figures. Don't know how I'm going to afford even half of this new stuff.

That price is better than what I thought it would come in at!

Still not sure it's an instant purchase for me yet, as I really would have preferred the split arms, but still, this one looks fantastic!

Has there been info yet whether he does have arms the split or not? Ot even removable arms to switch out with split ones?

Not that I've read recently, but you would think they would pose him with split arms if that was a possible exclusive or something.

No problem. One more of the whole setup.

Grievous is an obvious show stopper (and at a great price! :yess:) but for some reason I'm finding myself grinning more about seeing all those ridiculous battle droids on display.

They just have a lot of character and take me back to those first moments in TPM (before Jar Jar and Jake Lloyd forever changed the world of SW) when Obi-Wan and Qui Gon were hacking them up and charging through the ship.

Same here. :) Will def order more droids as they go up for sale.

Can anyone tell what's supposed to go on that empty round display base on the left side of the pic? I can't make out the name on the ID card.

It says General Grievous. I can just make out the "GE------VOUS"

Khev, you nailed it. The display as a whole is spectacular!

But that's what's eating me up inside. To have all of that will cost $1k or so, and why I'm reconsidering sinking that elsewhere.

I cannot wait to see pics of this set up in someone's home, though! It's going to make for an unreal display piece!

Oh. :( Thought it might be a surprise 1/6 scale.

Yeah, I was kind of hoping they'd sneak in a Nute Gunray or some other primary character to go with the Separatist warriors but with all the greatness they brought to the table (literally) this year I definitely can't complain.

Wow... Grievous looks like a complete homerun. And for $200 he's a definite purchase!

Did Sideshow give any indication of how soon after SDCC these would be going up for pre-order? And any word if Grievous will have an exclusive?

The general looks amazing. I won't go too crazy about the droids, but surrounding him with a battledroid, a battle droid and a Battle droid on a stapp will be killer.

Does anyone think we'll get a killer base for this like the one rumored for IG-88 or the one being shown for Boba Fett.
