Any business I order from I get charged before the item actually ships. Some lag should be expected, especially when they're trying to fulfill a huge order like this for many customers. People need to chill out a bit.

we all get charged before an item actually ships, no one is debating that. otherwise why would they send you product for something that you haven't paid for. what some are saying like myself is if they expected a delay or knew beforehand they wouldnt ship out till next week, they maybe should have waited til closer to shipping date (like they usually do in the past) before they charge you for said product. i've bought from them for around 2 1/2 years, every time i was charged my shipping notice came on exact day and my item shipped exact day. every time. that's why we voice our concern. if you're used to another way, hey good for you bro glad that works for you, but it doesn't for me.

No one will ever figure it out. They just pull names out of a hat and say this ships next.. I ordered the day it was put up for pre order with the first few minutes and no notice yet. My friend who just put his order in after I called him seeing the email about low quantities a few days ago is getting his tomorrow. Cali boy. Guess when I get mine I'll know what not to do so I don't accidentally damage him..

They really like you. I have only had one order ship same day, most are between 2 to 4 days after i get charged.

Ordered Jan 30. Shipping notice today. Estimated arrival Feb. 24. Vader was the same way...shipped on a Monday and arrived the next Monday.
