Great pics Amidala, even if unfutzable it's still looking good :rock

I started collecting SW toys when I was 12 years old (around 1978). As I got older I carefully packed them away in the attic where I thought they would be safe. I guess my parents figured I was ready to give them away...along with a bunch of my other childhood toys. :(

Sucks to hear that, supposedly that's he reason vintage stuff now has value. So I now blame your parents for the $100 I spent on Yakface :lol

That's pretty cool.

Yeah, she was always into scifi and fantasy stuff. But Star Was was always her favorite. It was never hard to convince her to go see a new movie.

My favorite Kenner memory? Coming home from college in the spring of 1985 to find out my parents had given away all my SW figures.

No, wait... that isn't a favorite memory.

Speaking of which I would love to do the 100% thing like you did, but its just too expensive trying to do that and keep up with the HT and SS stuffs.

I was wondering as I still haven't received my notice yet. I think Boba is going to be a great release. Kind of looking forward to "working" on him.

**Finally, just got my notice no more than 1 sec after I posted this. **

I'm coming around, except for the braids and the white straps around the ankles?

Wow...Just got a shipping notification from SS, and I only pre-ordered yesterday...Ive had mixed feelings after looking at all the pics, but Im hoping this will look awesome in hand, even if I do have to tweak it some...Really looking forward to it...

Someone mentioned the Medi Fett, so Im curious...Is the ROTJ version a decent figure, or did it have the usual QC issues that plague alot of Medicom's products?

Matt

Very nice of SS to convert my regular for the EX AND include last months $15 promo code:yess:

I wonder how many EX's were cancelled though bc I didn't get on the WL until April then it was cancelled about a week or so later.

Ive owned them all and even though the newer SS pics are making the figure look better, I still think that if the Medi ROTJ Fett would've had the correct shade of red on his helmet, it would be the best 1/6th version of Fett out there. But since it didn't, it killed the figure for me although it was very well made, especially for a Medi figure.

Being able to pose the cape is awesome.

All the photos that have been posted look good. Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to share.

One thing I have to say is I don't like those crotch supports on the display stands. I think this figure would have been better off having the old waist style supports. It would've disappeared on a figure like Boba.

Got my shipping notice too. Can't wait! Hopefully he was use his jet pack to get here faster than Thursday. :lol
