1/6th Scale Sideshow Boba Fett Figure

Need help. The right leg strap at the bottom of his pants didn't come with Velcro. Won't stay strapped at all. I'm assuming I should just find some Velcro at the store and fix it myself. Sound about right?

Yeah, I know. I have no more to say to him on it.

And Jesus, I just took some new pics, and was pretty happy that I found that if you remove the gauntlets and pull the sleeve waaaaaay down, and then put the gauntlet back on, keeping the sleeve taut, it really helps the arms to look longer, giving better proportional dimensions.

Just got Fett. My waist kind of pops when I try to angle him. Is that supposed to be the case? By pop I mean he leans kind of straight, or pops into a lean back pose. It feels like there's some sort of hinging going on in the waist when I twist it...it's a bit odd. I don't know how to describe it really. Kind of like it's popping into place at certain points in twisting it. The waist articulation isn't fluid.

EDIT: I guess something must have been obstructing the waist. I adjusted the belts, and it's fluid now. They really didn't put these together very well. They need a lot of futzing. My arms were on backwards too, so I had to rotate them around.

Fellas, just got my Fett and have very little idea where the shin tools go. Is there a reference pic? Thanks.

According to what I've read the tools would be in different places in different shots in the movie, so just put them where you want in the shin pockets.

Finally got Boba! Here are a few pictures, boxy chest and all:

Unfortunately he did have a problem. His big belt is unraveling a bit.

I'll have to contact SS and see if they can just send me a replacement.

I'll write my thoughts about him tomorrow, but overall I'm happy with him except for the boxy chest which I'll fix later.

O.k so got boba today and need a replacement jetpack because his left side clip or hook was completely broke off right out box .....So called sideshow collectibles and told them and hope they will send out a replacement jetpack ...I got his jetpack hanging on one hook and cape wedged in between jetpack to stay straight on his back...I'm really love this one a great over all BAD ASS BOBA FETT...I really hope i don't have to send him back and hope sideshow just can send a replacement jetpack so i can just enjoy this boba for now and get my replacement fast.....

Those hooks look really fragile to me. Not surprised some people have had breakage. I for one broke part of one of his hands within the first few minutes of trying to pose him. Luckily, he comes with more hands than he really needs.

I'm pretty happy with him, despite the square chest. I'll probably keep him with his rifle in front of his chest most of the time anyway, so it's not that noticeable. I did laugh when I put him next to my old Medicom Fett though. For all the complaining that people did about how short the Medicom version was, the Sideshow one is only a fraction of a centimeter taller. I do think the Sideshow one is better overall, though.

I Just put him next to my kotobukyia boba fett model statue and even on his light up stand the kotobukyia boba fett model statue is bigger...I hoped they were equal size but will not display both together ,since i don't want the little brother effect going on....Anyway very cool overall love this one ....not modding just want his replacement jetpack and I'll be happy with him....

I still need to bend the ab plate, but I won't take his vest off for that. Anyways, besides that, I love this guy. Takes some time to get things right, such as proper alignment at the collar. I ended up using a pair of needle nose pliers to pull the sleeves through the gauntlets. Allows for better movement in the arms as their isn't a bunch-up at the elbow joint. I'm not that annoyed by the braids, so I won't be water treating them. Kneepads take some working around, but they can look good after a while. I love the figure. Probably my favorite in my collection right now, which only has two other 1/6 scale figures, but still.

MY last exclusive stands all have had the sideshow paint come off over time with paint ending up on the figures bottom boot....examples luke's 30th aniversary stand and my smuggler exclusive han....I wonder how this fett exclusive stand will hold up after useage ?

They should have had it earlier this week. No they won't ship until Monday/Tuesday, which means I got to wait until the following Monday!
