1/6th Scale Sideshow Boba Fett Figure

I swapped the body with one of the earlier TrueType Slims. I added longer ankle pegs to give him some added height. This kept him in scale with the Sideshow Clones.

The base is from a Hot Toys Iron Man Midas figure.

The armor and jumpsuit are all stock. I still need to replace the wookie scalps; not liking the stock ones at all!

It does seem like the way to go is HT TT on this and yours looks superb. Can you tell us what, if anything, you did to the chest and abdomen armor? He has the flattest stomach I've seen on using SS armor!

I cut and removed most of the plastic that was behind the chest/abdomen armor. I then wrapped the vest around the body and pulled it tighter in the back for a slimmer fit.

Thought since there was a debate on this figure I would post my opinion to shed some light as I do own this figure. To me it's an awesome figure. It has some small flaws but I overlook the box look of the chest. To me the details are great and is a fun figure to display. I love everything you get. It's not a figure you pull out and you don't need to futz around you have to futz it a little in order for it to look amazing. I recently change the pose for my Boba so his companion Bossk can look great next to him. Look at the others who posted pics. He's a great figure. I love mine and I have no complaints really at all even with the small issues. Medicom's Boba is cool. I don't own anything Medicom due to the poor quality on there items but from what I've seen of the ROTJ Boba and Jango they made both those are pretty cool but I'm holding out for SS to make both. I love my SS Version and I can't wait for the Proto version to come out. Hopefully we'll see a ROTJ Version and Jango from SS soon. He's sold out now and is going for some money but if you don't have him and find him for a good price I highly recommend you pick him up. For those who are bashing this figure you can't. Not everything is perfect. You got to futz things in order for the item to look amazing. when I took mine out he looked awesome to me and I'm a happy owner. Those are my thoughts on this figure. I Love mine! Period! Case close no more hate on Boba here.

Every Fett figure I have seen has been impressive. It seems for most people it just comes down to a few details you can or can't deal with and how much you are willing to mod, if at all.

Regardless, it's a gorgeous figure. Wish I could have two.

Nice work. I don't think I will go very far, maybe drop the shoulder bells, dirty him up a bit and futz around with helmet so it's not so low (bought the ROTJ Medicom version).

Word. I love the Medi ROTJ. One of the only Medi figures that look excellent without mods. I gotta pic him up one day.
