I think that Han rivals any Solo sculpt I've seen.

It does, the eyes are a little too symmetrical but it's 100% Solo.

Nice pics Stealth. I'd like to see more pics of the hatless head. Overall, the hatted head looks a lot better in your photos, the hatless head does too... but it still seems way too doe-eyed for me and nowhere near good enough (though I'm glad they got he hair right). Luke himself looks a little too tall and thin, not basing that on anything other than a general impression.

Hmm, so much for all that talk about consistency. Looks like you've got a hatted head with one eye opened wider than the other.

Although I guess it doesn't look too bad from a distance.

It looks like this figure has one eye slightly more open than the other but still looking nice. What are your overall impressions, paramore?

Your rank badge looks a little better/more even than the other figures I've seen.

Interesting to see the number of reference photos they use. Sometimes I'd swear Sideshow only uses one, and I can tell exactly which one it is.

I'd be surprised if those are the only references they use. Everything was no doubt moved together to fit into frame for the photo, because no one is going to sculpt so close to another sculptor, not using a reach-around technique best reserved for the girlfriend.

When you watch the short video, you can see they've got tons more reference pics on their walls.

In fact I'd really love a copy of this Han pic the guy is holding, which I don't think I've seen before, and which might be the best straight-on shot of him from ESB I've ever seen:

Has anyone done a head swap on this or the Hoth Han?

I spoke with CS and they said Han is expected to ship in the next week or so but Luke might be a little longer. They said they don't know given the port strike backlog etc. The review figures are "samples" that arrive separately.

Those eyes...WOW!!! If you tilt the figure 90 degrees do eyelids appear to close the eyes?
