I really don't understand why people are posting such negative comments on bobby's works. I think everyone agrees that Bobby's level of work is unbelievable. Really it is something amazing. If you're interested in the finding out the price, just ask him. Privately. That's all he asks. Bobby is a great guy from all the personal responses he has given me and very approachable.
If you can't afford him say, thank you and go you're on way. And continue to admire the level of work he is showing us.

What people need to understand is Bobby is doing this for his own personal enjoyment and progress. The guys just loves to keep pushing at his abilities. When he mastered the 1:1 scale, he looked at what was offered at the other scale and wondered. What if? When he began to mention scanning and reducing his 1:1 sculpts, I thought molded hair, painted eyes. Right? No!! Bobby is again surprising me with actual eye pieces and planted hair.

All I am saying is when you look at Bobby's work. This is the sculptor of the piece. You guys will never have such easy access like this. When was the last you guys talked to Kojun or Andy Bergholtz, Tony Cipriano or Mike Hill? Hopefully such negative posts won't change Bobby's attitude.

Bobby - I still remember your invite to call. Just had a few family and health issues in the last few weeks but I really am grateful for the invite.

I can't wait to see more progress photos.

Junior.

Just... wow. Don't know what else to say. That is brilliant work.

I don't get it why people are overreacting that someone has posted a negative comment here. You know everyone is an individual and everyone has and should have his own opinion to something or somebody.

When someone says it's damn expensive, okay, it's his own opinion to it and there is NO need to attack him for what he's saying. No one said Bobby stinks or something else :monkey1 No one said that his work isn't good. And I really can't see why a comment should be negative when someone says it's expensive. I really can't get why some people here are getting a critic as a personal treatment - even it's not his own work. And to attack someone back and to say "go away!!!" is really childish. It really escalates here and THAT is negative.

Let Bobby do his work now, stop discussing and attacking each other and let us enjoy his beautiful work by drooling in front of our desktop. I can't wait to see some new progress shots of his beautiful art. Keep 'em coming Bobby!

Will thanks for calling me a HATER guys... Even though I did no hating that Im aware of??? I talked about price I never put anyone down but once you speak your mind I guess you have to be ready to named a HATER... Im sorry I started this I wont be back here again this will be my last post... Lets see how long it takes all of you to insult me now... HAVE A NICE DAY...

I came here to show my art work , not debate prices etc etc.

Absolutely! Its so glaringly obvious those who talk money are so jealous and it really is appaling to see

Speaking purely about the Joker Headsculpt, (I'm not interested in the price i'm not a potential buyer and it's a totally seperate issue to the artwork anyway) that's the best 1/6 scale head i have ever scene.

You are a very talented artist BobbyC, i wouldn't have thought realism (and it's not even finished yet) would be possible in that scale... well done.

Hey guys Thanks for the Kind words, Thanks baloo, means allot!
well I did have time to do a paint up, will be interesting to see how far i can take this, I think the reeve will not only be stronger in likeness but realism... so Now I have to get the eyes on this guy correct.
AI took some quick shots, I will take better ones later.
then I can work on the outfit.

OH MY F'ING GOD THAT IS UNBELIVABLE!!!!! I honestly didn't think this level of realism was possible in this scale nor did I think it was possible to make real hair look real in this scale aswell. That it truly one beautiful peice or art! :bow:bow:bow

bobbyc's joker sculpt is a masterpiece. easily trumps any other effort out there. congrats and my highest admiration for your talent, bobbyc.

however, i think there is a big difference producing a few pieces versus mass-producing it. the attention to detail for one-offs isn't just a matter of skill, there is also the luxury of time and freedom from cost implications to develop. whereas in mass-production, compromises must sometimes be made to save time and cost.

so it's not entirely fair or justified to slam hot toys. yes, bobbyc is correct in pointing out hot toys' "flaws". but doing it repeatedly kinda indicates a slight lack of humility. and a lack of understanding of how the mass-production collectibles business works.
