i did check their website, it seems they released quite a few obscure 1/12 series, i wonder if those toys will pick up in price after few years since i doubt they sold alot of them, and 1000 toys will probably one day become a cult brand.

Female synth 1/12 is coming.

I'm pretty excited about the idea of this, but in the photos I don't know if the differences are strong enough. I can't help but see the male synth just with boobs. IDK, I'd have like the hips to be a tiny bit bigger, or the waist a bit slimmer? Something's just not quite there for me. In the third image you've attached, with the GiTS inspired pose, the lack of contrast between the two forms gendered synth forms seems most apparent. I'm definitely going to get it anyway despite this feeling

With Dorohedoro I think they shot themselves in the foot. It is too expensive. They are very exclusive in general. They make odd figures (to us in the west) but they are always at the top of their game. With Dorohedoro they went in half assed, I thgink, with the figure and the statue. I cannot imagine too manu people want the statue. The Character, yes, bus as a statue, no. We collect action figures, that is what we like. And I love 1000Toys for their great articulation. Had they done to action figure for the Dorohedoro price, I would have bought. I think this one will sit.

It's interesting looking through his posts with all the food and toys he collects. He actually gives praise to other toy companies that make a good product even when they are in competition.

I was rewatching Dorohedoro and remembered the odd choices on the figures, always wondered what happened during production. Not sure how to go about improving them (Kaiman specifically, Shin turned out great).
