it was only a preview of a sample not really a full review.

I was mainly referring to the fact he didn't have much facts about other things and was stumbling through the review.

Love that it has a black skull underneath. With red eyes. Pretty cool.


But really, does anyone edit anymore? -- or does everyone think we actually enjoy watching their "ums..." and "uhs...." and screw ups and brain farts? I mean, kids... get yourself some editorial software and learn to use it.

I'm so sick of sitting through 10-20 minutes worth of 1-3 minutes of worthwhile information.

Yeah, agree. A nice video preview and I look forward to receiving this item. I think it looks better with the mask off. lol

Thanks illproxy, and its nice to be back. So much stuff to catch up since Ive been away for a few weeks. Had a backlog of figures to pick up and more expecting to be release soon.

Apologies for the "ums" and "uhs" (I think I even apologized in the video) But again, this was a quick, off the cuff preview to show off the figure which I think I was successful at doing. The intent wasn't to educate or fill your minds with back story and details of previous figures. If you prefer tightly edited and produced videos.. we have plenty of those too. Looks kinda weathered here, but I'm not sure if it's intentional paint weathering, or simply getting worn out from being messed around with.

You're welcomed and to answer your question, I do believe that it's an intended weathering affect.. it's a very dark grey paint color sorta sporadically brushed all over. It nicely breaks up the solid black I think.

Professional? Who said anything about that? It's a hobby! I do what I do for the enjoyment of doing it. Sometimes that means taking several days and traveling to various locations to do photos shoots and video work.. editing, color balancing.. writing a review/script and cutting it all together.. Other times, it's me sitting on a couch with miss-matched shorts and shirt, sharing with folks whatever it is I happen to want to share in the most raw and quick way possible.

Going back to the promo pics, I actually see the weathering on there now. Don't remember noticing that before. Maybe it's because I'm viewing the pics on the laptop, instead of the HDTV.

Also.. the weathering isn't ALL over.. it's on some of the panels.. the helmet.. but other areas are a clean smooth black. makes for a nice contrast

doesn't matter how the previews end up, those that bought it already paid for it, those that haven't, won't be able to unless they search for the 2nd hand markets.

Not a big fan of the black face (especially not when that back portion of the mask is left on the back of the head) but luckily the mask looks good so I probably won't keep it off.

The 'Anti CaRB Squad' is an enforcement unit formed of 4 Synthetic Humans under orders from TOA Heavy Industries, to search and dispose of the ‘Collared-and-Reprogrammed-Body’(*pre-order for the CaRB ended in May).

Even with their faces covered by under-generated protective membrane, these experimental bodies are operated mainly for close quarters combat purposes.
The helmet is directly connected to the outer shell of the skull, with its protective membrane stripped off.

Due to the wide angle view, environmental info indication, energy supply support from the helmet, and the high-solidity frame used for both legs, longer operation time for close quarters combat has been made possible.

Each body, with its own identification color and specialized weaponry, hunts the Collared-and-Reprogrammed-Body in a joint operation together with other members of the Anti CaRB Squad.

Its pay up front so they should limit the amount per to 1, take orders for atleast a 24hr sale and project the shipping date further out for manufacturing. Hope its the 4 pack going on sale in August and the site doesn't crash.

dude must be dreaming. the normal Black CARB was sold out twice and it's a normal release, you don't expect to get it easy like SDCC exclusive. I doubt folks going there can actually get all 4, so i doubt most of us will be able to get even 1 on their site.
