I was tempted to pick cheddar, just because of the variety it alone offers, but offhand, I'd say I prefer Havarti.

I enjoy goat cheese as well, but I'm not sure which variety. Feta's great, depending on the meal, but I'm thinking more like that soft type you can spread on crackers or bread, or add to a salad.

A nice brie or Danish blue cheese is great too. But honestly, I'm so ignorant of the many varieties out there I'm sure I've never yet tasted my favourite... :)

im confused so someone help me out, so we are born and naturally will drink the mums breast milk, so why do we grow as a society to enjoy eating milk of another animals instead? now would a ewes find it natural enjoy drinking human milk?

further if someone was to propose to you taking human milk and making cheeses for place on pizza, cannoli, dip and spread on bagels most would cringe and be digust to try, but why so?

yah I think it was some cook whose wife had baby so he took the extra milk and made some cheese balls desserts or something but caught harsh flak for it

There's some company that started making cheese from breast milk.

And there was a guy who was drinking his wife's breast milk for a month (as a test to see if he could live off it) since they had a miscarriage or something.

Both are ridiculously gross.

Anyways, on the subject of cheese--I really like smoked swiss or smoked cheddar.

American is terrible.

:confused: So are you attempting to justify still suckling your mother's teets? I'm confused by this post. :dunno

not really the healthier alternative would be flavored soy cheese and tofu pups

I am lactose intolerant and even with the pills still get some effects, but I will always gladly suffer for some Feta. I love it. you could put feta on mud and it'll taste great:yess:

Would I be disavowed if I liked pepper jack? :lol

so when you go to your local supermarkets how long can you stand in the cheese section before its becomes too overwhelming?

I wanted to pick feta, but I consume far too much cheddar to go with anything else.

I don't really like cheese in large doses (like covering a pizza.) I like all cheeses in very small portions.
