Purchasing Exclusives - Rules and Guidelines

EXCLUSIVE RULES AND GUIDELINES

Our exclusive distribution will be handled in the same manner as we did last year. We will be offering up a few different methods for those in attendance at the U.S. conventions and those who can’t. The two international events the exclusive distribution will be handle by Blister and Forbidden Plant respectively, they will be releasing information separately.

The following methods are how we will handle the 3 U.S. convention exclusives distribution:
- Pre-Order for Convention Pick-Up – A small quantity will be allocated for this method – Pre-order process will happen 2 weeks prior to the convention
- First-Come, First-Serve Purchase at Convention – Most of the quantity will be allocated for this method
- Raffle Purchase through GentleGiantLtd.com for Premiere Guild Members - for those who cannot attend the Conventions – A small quantity will be held back for this method – distribution will happen a week or so after the event.

For the two international events, as we announced previously, we are holding a quantity back for those who can not make those events. We will be distributing those through our website via the Raffle Purchase process for Premiere Guild Members after the events.

We feel the above combined methods give collectors the best and most opportunities to purchase the exclusives of their choice. But as a last chance opportunity, we are excited to offer up a Clone Commander 5-pack to the Gentle Giant Premiere Guild. We are making only 500 of these 5-packs and they will be available only through our website via the Raffle Purchase process in November. Each of the Commanders in the pack will be matching edition numbers.

The following measures are in effect in an effort to make these items widely available as possible:
*Do not place a pre-order for pick-up if you will not be attending any of the Conventions.
*Limit one pre-order per person.
*Limit one of each item per pre-order.
*Must bring printout of Confirmation email and a valid photo ID to convention center to pick up order. Name/address on photo ID must match name on order confirmation, or you will not be able to pick up order.
*If you already pre-ordered the exclusives, you may not get a second of any of the exclusive items, as all badges will be punched when pre-order is picked up.

Only a portion of the total edition size will be available for pre-orders. We will be selling the balance of the convention exclusives at our booth on a first come, first serve basis. Limit one of each item, per person.

In cooperation with Convention Organizers and for the improvement of show experience for all parties, Gentle Giant has reserved the right to only selling to fellow Exhibitors, Professionals, Volunteers, and other Personnel allowed on the convention floor on the last day of the convention.

As we first announced, along with the Clone Commanders we will also have two pieces that will travel the world as our World Tour Exclusives:

Star Wars Animated Yoda and R2-D2 Maquette

Star Wars Bust-Ups Luke Skywalker and Han Solo in Stormtrooper Disguise 2-pack

So Loki think you can get try and get me a Cody , I can try and get you busts from both the CA events.

In response to a couple question asked of me earlier in the thread

Mace Windu maquette is now confirmed as a StarWarsShop.com exclusive

No idea on how many they will hold back, nash. It will be a "limited" supply for sure. Probably just a few hundred.

The GG blog is a horror zone right now. Some angry folks out there. I am amazed they are making more light-up Yodas than Clone Commander Neyo busts. Only 1,500 commander sets can be made.... that's pretty darn low.

What about the C4 Exclusive Darth Malak bust? Will they be doing pre-orders for Convention pick-up with that one like Gree? No mention.

All I can say is Im going to be a raffle entering fool this year.

Ditto that. what's cooler than having the whole set of matching numbers.

Bob you need to contact them and try to get some Bacara's. :)

I want all 5 commanders. If I can just get Cody, Bly and Gree I will be very happy with the Clone situation.

Well at least with the 5th being in the US I can use some Frequent Flyer miles to get to Balitmore MD, I wanted to go back to DC anyways.

I thought they were going to give the 500 sets of Clone Commanders to the first 500 people whom can pass all 5 mini busts through their rectum.....

At least thats what it feels like.

OK. I'm pretty sure that I'm going to be able to pick up a Bly from the F.P. stop.

Who's gonna get me a Luna bust?
I am sure I can get one.

I might be able to trade my way to a complete collection of the commanders, if I can get some duplicate Grees and Cody's, and if enough people are interested in Darth Malak and Luna Lovegood and Glorfindel.

I've actually never done a trade before. How does it work? You send a rare and valuable item off in the mail and hope that something else arrives to eventually take its place? I would be scared...

Thats how its done, but I would prefer to do this with people from here I belive I can trust. I have done it in the past with a couple items and things went well.
