I still am on the fence with this one. I want to pick it up but Im not sure how much I will actually play it. Nash seemed to really like it but I noticed he posted it for sale.

i bought it for my mom and played it some but since i'm a FPS freak and there are a TON out and coming out now i'll pick this one up next summer during the slow release months and pay a lot less than retail for it.

Sounds like my plan as well. I am really into the violent shoot em ups! This is far from that. However, I also like the Mario Galaxies game as well as other games like that. Just have to be in a certain mood to play those types of games. Shooters I am always ready to F shat up!

I'd Say it'd be between Gears of War 2 and Metal Gear
GOW 2 and then everyone else. They added more stuff the story which is quite powerful IMO as well as more the the MP which made it just more fun. This is a game I will play over and over and over. Dead Space is second for me as its one of the funnest games I've played in a long while. I'd come in with Brothers In Arms and Fable three in the next two spots as both are really quite fun to play. Fallout 3 is a fun game. However, as I've been talking with a guy on a local Missouri/Kansas board having all that to do doesn't make it GOY. The graphics aren't better than any of the other 3 and there are parts that are kind of irritating. I like the game but its my least fave of thse

while it was fun, I promptly sold my copy due to the fact that they are limiting the kinds of levels that are able to be created. IMO that just kills the whole spirit and reason of this game.

I voted metal gear. GTA4 should be on the list too though. Even though I have not played all of the games yet Metal Gear was AMAZING! I am not a huge metal gear fan but the game has so many great and fun moments plus: controls, graphics, sound and story are all amazing. Fallout 3 has also been a lot of fun so far.

This for me was the best game ever made. The best STORY ever told on the video gaming world.
Best visuals, Best sound and the coolest cast of characters.
What more can you ask for.

For me it has to be Metal Gear Solid 4 and Gears of War 2. Simply amazing games in every way.

I have only played Gears Of War 2 and GTA IV so i can't say but i think it would be between those two or Fallout 3 or Dead Space.

GTA IV was just another GTA game. Nothing really new and exciting. I played it and it was good but not on the same level as the other titles.

^ Niko is what made GTAIV new and exciting for me. Gameplay-wise, it was just gta (which is still really fun, but nothing terribly new).
