Thanks, Reefer. It was a long process chasing them all down, but worth it in the end.

Long process, and costly I’m sure. But having that hanging on the wall is priceless!

I’ve always wanted to do the same, but never dived in because I was discouraged by trying to get a good blue snaggletooth and the potf coin figures. but I think about how much I’ve dropped on 1/6 over the years and realize I could have done this set 5 times over lol. Honestly I’d rather have this set than any other collectible as it holds true sentimental value.

I'm happy to say I completed this about 5 years ago so it wasn't near as costly as it would be now. The prices now are crazy in the vintage world. I wasn't going to go after the last 17, but once I had the first set, I had to finish it off completely. However, finding a non-repro Artoo w/ lightsaber will make a guy go crazy.

Wut? Wut?

If that TIE Fighter is grey I'm interested. I have a white one, might not be white anymore for all I know, it's in the attic for years.

Alreay have all color variants (white, light grey, dark grey). Only interested in this one to display in the vintage box.

I don't collect the 3 & 3/4" figures, but Hasbro announced that the Vintage Collection will now have photo real face paint deco.
It's from the Fwoosh's video coverage of the Hasbro Star Wars panel at SDDCC 2018 you can watch here, Vintage Collection starting at 10:12:

Yep. THey are porting that tech from the 6" scale. Sadly, with a dozen new figures a year, only a third being human, it will take some time before we can appreciate that evolution :p

Here’s a whole mess of HD photos from the new TVC & Black Series announcements during that Star Wars panel.

Loving that new Stormtrooper. If he’s a peg warmer like the current TVC wave I’ll probably pick multiple up. I gasped when they announced Revan would return. :lol I’ve never seen him under $100.

Other than that I have to say it was pretty disappointing on the TVC front. We’re not getting anything really until 2019, and even then it looks a bit slim.

I lol’d when they had the Walmart exclusive island journey Rey listed for May on that 2018 roadmap when I’ve never seen her anywwhere. Apparently five people on eBay have her though, so there’s that.

I am pretty excited about the photo real change. If done well, it will really increase the quality of these figures. Also, hopefully it means no more eyes misprinted to where they are on the figure's cheeks.

Just picked up Emperor Throne Room Three Pack at Target for $7.88 and a Hoth Leia. These figures look pretty great. Especially the Emperor figure. The sculpted robe looks amazing. Like real material.

7.88 is a steal for that set! I keep saying it, and I stand by the opinion that the modern 5poa figures sport the best sculpts yet in the line. (not head sculpts necessarily, but overall figure/outfit sculpts).

They're bringing the 40th BS Vader head to 3.75"!

Vader looks beautiful for a 5poa figure.

They do look excellent. Haven't found the three-pack for a decent price over here yet. That new ANH 5 POA figure is a surprise as well. I wonder how the arms move to allow for a two-handed grip? I'm not seeing v-shaped shoulder swivel points or bicep swivels, only glove swivel points.
